**The Role**

The Accommodation Team Leader will be reliable, personable, experienced, and ready to take on the management of multiple accommodation sites. This role requires someone who can lead the team towards success and provide outstanding care to our Participants. Duties will also include domestic support, meal preparation, personal care, and support to build life skills.

**Required Skills and Experience**
- Prior Team Leader experience in Disability support services
- Direct care experience of people with disability
- Experience in the following areas:

- Performance Management
- WHS and Incident Management
- Accommodation and Supply Management
- Reporting Functions
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Proven ability to take initiative and work proactively
- Energetic team player and motivated to achieve organisational goals
- Professional and attentive customer service skills
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated effective organisation and time management skills

**Required Qualifications / Certifications**
- Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
- First Aid Certificate
- Drivers Licence
- Reliable Vehicle with Comprehensive Insurance
