Job Overview

Delivering high-profile projects requires exceptional leadership skills and technical expertise. As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the construction of a landmark accommodation development from display apartment through design, procurement, and delivery.

  • Lead a cross-functional team to deliver a flagship project that showcases innovation and excellence.
  • Develop and implement project strategies that balance quality, program, and budget outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and effective decision-making.
  • Maintain a strong focus on risk management, identifying and mitigating potential issues before they impact the project.
About Your Qualifications
  • 7–12 years' experience in project delivery, preferably with a developer or builder.
  • A proven track record delivering Class 2 residential or accommodation projects of similar scale.
  • Strong understanding of design, procurement, and construction methodology.
  • Comfortable taking on multiple responsibilities and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Driven, proactive, and adaptable – able to work independently and collaboratively.
