**About the Role**
CareSouth have a fulfilling opportunity for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to join our Shoalhaven Disability Program on a Full Time, Permanent basis. It's a critical role, filled with purpose and one that fills your cup up, so to speak
As a Team Leader you will be responsible for:
- Working with your Manager coordinate the requirements of the team on a day to day basis
- Providing feedback and guidance to your direct reports to support them in their role
- Working collaboratively with the team and ensuring policies and procedures are being followed
- From a strength based and capacity building approach provide a range of services for participants
- Building strong relationships with participants and families in our care
- Develop, Monitor and Review participant specific behaviour intervention and support protocols

**About you**
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the following criteria:
- Tertiary qualifications in Social Work/Welfare, Social Sciences, Disability or relevant field.
- Demonstrated experience in a leadership capacity within the OOHC, Disability Services or Community Services Sector.
- Proven flexibility, adaptability and ability to respond and adjust easily to changes in work demands.
- High level written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of the ongoing effects of injuries, trauma and/or neglect and abuse.
- Proven effective interpersonal, conflict negotiation and resolution skills and the ability to provide strong leadership under pressure.
