Challenge Community Services is a leading provider of disability accommodation services dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals with diverse abilities. As we expand our services, we are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Team Leader to join our dedicated team.

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Team Leader for one of our SIL houses in Oran Park, this role offers daily challenges and opportunities to truly impact the lives of people living with disabilities. The role is more than just managing tasks, but empowering and inspiring others to deliver outstanding care and support. You'll ensure that each individual receives the personalised attention and respect they deserve to maintain their dignity and autonomy.

**The Role**:
Reporting directly to the operations manager, you'll oversee day-to-day operations and manage support workers, empowering your team, nurturing their skills, and maintaining strong client relationships. Keeping an eye on service operations, effectively spotting and managing risks. Facilitate productive team meetings as needed, and efficiently manage site expenditure. Additionally, manage a rotating roster to ensure we meet client requirements while aligning with business needs. This dynamic position offers a prime opportunity to make a real impact.

**About you**:
We're looking for a natural born leader to inspire and mentor our team. You'll be a pro at coordinating services and thinking on your feet. Great communication and being tech savvy are key. Flexibility for weekend shifts and occasional overnights is a must. Don't forget your driver's license and readiness for background checks.
