A bit about your role

The Credit Services Account Specialist is responsible for the end to end management of nbn customer accounts across multiple lines of business, ensuring the timely follow-up of overdue invoices, the management, investigation and resolution of customer billing disputes, and enquiries, and the completion of credit reviews of nbn customers.

In this role, you will be providing ongoing input into the Credit Risk Strategy, and taking responsibility for the continued development of innovative, scalable and customer-focused processes and methodologies that that improve customer outcomes, and impact positively on the end to end credit, collections function within nbn. This will be achieved by effectively working and communicating with nbn customers and other departments within nbn.

A bit about you

To be successful in this role, you need to have the experience in managing complex and commercial billing disputes with corporate/commercial clients.

You have a customer service mindset in dealing with commercial/corporate clients with the ability to articulate and explain complex issues with verbal and written correspondence and have used various ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.

You have the capacity to work multitask, think outside the box, work independently and still be able to build relationships within multiple stakeholders.
