Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Credit and Collections Specialist to join our Finance team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively follow up invoices and progress claims for payment, ensuring timely receipt of payments
  • Communicate with customers to resolve queries & account issues in a timely manner
  • Process daily bank statements, allocate receipts/payments, and reconcile accounts
  • Maintain accurate records and reports for accounts receivable
  • Assist the Accounts team with general accounting duties
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Review contract documentation for accuracy on final account

Requirements

  • Experience in high-volume Credit and Collections or similar finance role
  • Experience in delivering quality customer service, using initiative to manage difficult situations
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, able to meet deadlines and manage priorities effectively
  • Ability to develop and improve credit and collections processes
