Job Role

The National Accounts Credit Administrator will contribute to profitability, growth and return on investment by working with high volume large dollar accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer queries via phone calls.
  • Debt Collection: Identify outstanding accounts, contact customers and investigate reasons for late payments.
  • Account Maintenance: Maintain accurate customer accounts and update account information.
  • Reconciliations and Receipting: Reconcile key accounts, receive payments and prepare cheques for banking.
  • Teamwork and Leadership: Demonstrate leadership within the team and provide training and support to other members.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Good customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and demonstrate leadership.
  • Intermediate Excel skills, mathematical and literacy skills.
  • Proactive mindset and good work ethics.
