We are an established, expanding food importing and distributing company. We are seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to work in our Warehouse and Distribution Department. You will be working a small team and report directly to the Warehouse Manager.

Managing a diverse product range of over 1500 SKU's in an extremely fast paced warehouse environment including ambient, fresh, chilled & frozen foods. This hand-on role requires planning and regular assessment of daily logistics and distribution coordination.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Organize delivery, ensure accurate, timely & efficient despatching of goods
- Coordinate runs and dispatch schedule and allocate transport workflow
- Liaise with all relevant parties to ensure timely delivery
- Resolve any delivery and vehicle issues
- Coordinate truck loading
- Data entry
- General administration duties
- Competence in collating multipart orders
- Knowledge of Melbourne metropolitan areas
- Knowledge of Warehouse Operations
- Attention to detail
- Excellent English and Chinese communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Superior computer skills
- A team player
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a busy, fast paced environment
