Your new role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and suitably
experienced person for the role of Customer Relationships
Analyst.
This is a Permanent Full
Time appointment.
As part of the Health
Support Services (HSS) Customer Experience Business Unit, the
Customer Relationship Analyst is responsible for:
Working
closely with the Customer Relationship Managers to support the
delivery of HSS relationship management services to internal
and external customers.
Undertaking analysis of
customer satisfaction feedback and other related data to
identify trends and issues and preparing reports to support
decisions relating to continuous improvement
initiatives.
Supporting the effective
and efficient delivery of key Customer Experience initiatives
by providing high level administrative, governance and
organisational support.
