Customer Relationship Manager

Job Summary
The primary objective of this role is to act as the main point of contact with customers, fostering a positive relationship and ensuring their needs are met.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating communication and managing all aircraft issues with customers.
- Maintaining regular contact with customers throughout their visit, including meeting them upon arrival, reviewing work scope, and adding any necessary notes.
- Establishing clear communication protocols and discrepancy resolution processes with customers throughout the visit.
- Identifying opportunities to provide value-added services to customers, such as maintenance, parts, warranty, and other associated programs.
- Maintaining relationships with new and existing customers, promoting the service center's capabilities and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Contributing to the development of a safety-focused culture within the service center.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or minimum 5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance or customer-facing roles required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationships with customers.
- Ability to anticipate and address customer needs proactively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective organizational and time management skills.
- A focus on detail, goal orientation, and prioritization of tasks.
