Job Overview:

This role will involve handling customer inquiries, supporting sales teams and delivering exceptional customer experiences to foster long-standing relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve queries efficiently and effectively for members.
  • Provide customer advice and solutions within defined boundaries.
  • Work within a framework of strict policies and procedures to meet compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Maintain mutually supportive relationships with team members and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure all compliance and quality requirements are met.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in customer service or related fields.
  • Effective management of challenging customer conversations and resolution of complaints.
  • Well-developed rapport building, active listening and communication skills.
  • Intermediate computer skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously, meet KPIs and be resourceful.
  • Highly conscientious, level-headed and mature manner.
