Seeq makes data analytics software for a big market that's often overlooked by tech companies: industrial process data. Think of pharmaceutical manufacturers, mining companies, wind farms, and energy companies with tons of equipment and sensors.
Our company was founded 100% remotely, and we're proud of it. We were good at being remote long before COVID-19 and will continue to be remote when COVID-19 is a distant memory. We use collaboration tools like Zoom, Slack, and our homegrown Qube Virtual Office to feel like we're in the same building together. We use agile tenets to iterate on both our product and internal processes. We have a wonderful team of kind-hearted, talented engineers who love to collaborate, teach each other new tricks, and build products that exceed our customers' expectations.
We are looking for a Partner Manager to join our team in APAC. This role entails fostering strong relations with our VARs and GSIs across the region, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to successfully promote Seeq's products and solutions.
What You Will Do Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing VARs and GSIs in the APAC region.
Identifying and onboarding new channel partners to grow Seeq's presence in the APAC market
Collaborating with partners to develop tailored marketing strategies that align with business goals
Conducting regular training sessions and workshops to ensure partner understanding and effective use of Seeq products
Tracking partner performance and effectiveness, providing support and guidance to optimize their growth
Delivering insightful feedback to internal teams regarding partner needs, market insights, and competitive landscape
Developing annual partner business plans to outline key objectives, sales targets, and strategies
Coordinating with sales and marketing teams to align on joint initiatives and promotional activities
Attending regional conferences and events to represent Seeq and its partner ecosystem
Requirements Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
5+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or business development within the technology sector
Strong understanding of the APAC market and its business dynamics
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strong relationships with partners
Proven experience in developing and executing partner strategies that drive revenue growth
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
Strong analytical skills to assess partner performance and market trends
Willingness to travel within the APAC region as needed
Experience with analytics software or a background in industrial technologies is a plus
