Overview

As the Partner Account Manager for the Western Australia region at Crayon, you will manage and expand our Partner portfolio, drive mutual profitability, coordinate across internal teams (development, sales, and delivery), and craft strategic plans that align with our Partners\' goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Being the primary contact for Partners across the Western Australia region and owning knowledge of Crayon\'s delivery areas
  • Developing Partner plans with a governance model, aiming at the right level with Partners (preferably C-level)
  • Understanding Partners\' business, strategy and challenges and securing ongoing initiatives with Partners
  • Running and owning the sales and delivery processes with Partners
  • Being proactive and gaining market knowledge (competitors, trends, synergies) and sharing with stakeholders
  • 3+ years of channel sales experience, preferably in the IT industry
  • Good knowledge of IT infrastructure and hosting environments with a solid technical understanding of hybrid and cloud-based solutions
  • Knowledge of software licensing and cloud subscriptions (particularly within the Microsoft & Security space)
  • Solid technical understanding of hybrid, public and private cloud
About You
  • You are analytical and driven, good at building relationships, networks and trust with IT executives
  • You have a strong understanding of customer\'s business and licensing for multiple vendors
  • You thrive on value-based sales and can work long-term and strategically by developing broad and good contact areas
