As our new Partner Account Manager for the Western Australia region, you will play a key role in managing and expanding our Partner portfolio . With a strong business mindset, you will drive innovation and ensure mutual profitability for both our Partners and Crayon . You will lead coordination across internal teams including development, sales, and delivery and craft strategic plans that align with and support our Partners' goals.

Key responsibilities will include

• Being the primary contact for Partners across the Western Australia region and being responsible for knowing all of Crayon's delivery areas
• Developing Partner plans which include a governance model, aiming at the right level with Partner (preferably C-level)
• Understanding Partner's business, strategy and challenges as well as secure ongoing initiatives with Partner
• Responsibility for running and owning the sales and delivery processes with Partners
• Being proactive and gaining good knowledge of your own market, including competitors and sharing market trends, synergies and news with stakeholders
• 3+ years of channel sales experience, preferably in the IT industry
• Good knowledge of IT infrastructure and hosting environments with solid technical understanding of hybrid and cloud-based solutions
• Knowledge of software licensing and cloud subscriptions (particularly within the Microsoft & Security space)
• Solid technical understanding of hybrid, public and private cloud

• You are analytical and driven, good at building relationships, networks and trust with IT executives
• You have a strong understanding of customer's business and licensing for multiple vendors
• You thrive on value-based sales and are able to work long-term and strategically by developing broad and good contact areas
