**About The Opportunity**
As the Partner Manager, based at Micromine HQ in the Perth CBD, your focus will be on building and managing Micromine's indirect partner channels across Europe and Asia. Your efforts will attract new partners whilst ensuring existing channels are achieving growth and client satisfaction outcomes.
Reporting to the General Manager - Partners & Growth, your key responsibilities will include:

- Sourcing new distribution partners whilst managing existing partners.
- Establishing partner distribution strategies for your territory.
- Developing and implementing sales plans to meet revenue targets.
- Building partner capability to ensure effective operations and quality control.
- Developing strategic relationships, including key clients, business partners, industry contacts, and government bodies.
- Implementing reporting and governance mechanisms for partners.

**About You**
With a penchant for action, you are motivated by the dual challenge of developing channel partners, whilst also breaking into new international markets.
Other key skills, experience, and qualifications:

- You will be well-versed in establishing global B2B partner networks, or alternatively, you will have honed your skills within sales management positions.
- Prior experience within either the Mining, Technology, or Software / SaaS industries will be crucial to your success.
- You must also be able to accommodate significant travel as required.
