Requirements:
Passion to Hire: 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition as a full cycle senior recruiter or talent acquisition manager managing recruitments in Australia.
Strategic and Data-Driven Approach: Experienced in defining creative and proactive talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans for functional areas in Australia.
Proactive Sourcing: Existing candidate networks and expertise in various sourcing techniques.
Customer Satisfaction: Committed to delivering outstanding quality to both candidates and stakeholders.
Language Skills: Full professional proficiency in English.
Marketing Savviness: Proven history of marketing-oriented approach to attract talents with employer branding and university/school collaboration activities.
