Compliance Champion

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Champion to lead our Quality and Compliance initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to drive continuous improvement, champion best practices and ensure the highest standards of compliance, quality and integrity across our programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead compliance oversight for our program, ensuring alignment with legislation, guidelines and internal policies.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of national and state quality frameworks, standards and risk management principles.
  • Conduct regular audits and quality reviews to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide strategic guidance to operational teams on embedding compliance into daily practices.
  • Develop and deliver training and resources to support consistent, compliant service delivery.
  • Monitor performance frameworks and quality indicators to inform decision-making and planning.
  • Identify and mitigate compliance risks through proactive analysis, reporting and corrective actions.
  • Support audit, accreditation and reporting obligations, ensuring we remain audit-ready at all times.
Essential Criteria:
  • 3+ years' experience in compliance, audit or quality assurance within disability employment services.
  • Tertiary qualifications in compliance, quality management, employment services or a related field.
  • Demonstrated understanding of DES/IEA guidelines, contractual obligations, performance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven ability to interpret complex guidelines and translate them into practical operational processes.
  • Experience in leading or supporting accreditation and audit processes, managing risk and driving continuous improvement.
  • Unrestricted Driver's Licence.
