  • You have 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales/GTM recruitment, with a proven track record of success.
  • Ability to strategize and prioritize requirements across departments.
  • Self-aware and thoughtful in every situation, with excellent internal and external communication skills.
  • Use market knowledge and data to drive a hiring process that yields top talent.
  • Innate sense of urgency and tenacity, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will:

  • Own the candidate lifecycle from start to finish, including sourcing, interviewing, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Partner with hiring leaders across departments as a trusted advisor.
  • Contribute to building positive brand recognition in the local and domestic community.
