Employee Onboarding Specialist

As a pivotal member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the new hire journey and driving employee retention. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that new team members feel welcomed and supported throughout their first nine months.

Key to your success will be regular check-ins at critical milestones, including pre-employment, week 1, week 3, and monthly throughout the first year. You will also work closely with managers to plan and deliver effective workplace inductions, collaborate with teams like People Connect, IT, and Payroll to ensure a smooth onboarding process, and monitor employee engagement through surveys, feedback, and "stay interviews."

At the heart of this role is providing six-star service excellence, building strong relationships, and making sure each new team member has a stellar start.
