Customer Success Representative

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Representative to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in guiding customers through their security and compliance journeys with our specialized solutions.

As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will be responsible for helping customers achieve robust security and compliance outcomes by combining a customer-centric approach with expertise in our products and security best practices.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced and rapidly growing organization that is dedicated to empowering companies to practice better security and prove it with ease.

Our ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in Customer Success at a SaaS company, a background in running a book of business of ~150-170 accounts, and strong verbal and written communication skills in both Japanese and English.

The successful candidate will have the ability to proactively partner with Account Managers by flagging at-risk accounts, providing customer insights, and highlighting expansion opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Guide customers through onboarding, implementation, product adoption, and value-driven success.
  • Work with customers across industries, functions, and stages of their customer journey in a strategic manner.
  • Empower customers to become self-sufficient champions, solving their immediate needs while focusing on their long-term success, value realization, and retention.
