**Seeking Lead Hand for project in Springbrook**

We're currently on the hunt for a **skilled Lead Hand** to join our team in **Springbrook**. This role will be available until **late January/February**, with the exciting possibility of moving on to our client's **next project** afterward.

If you think you have what it takes, please send us your CV. The role involves overseeing various tasks, including managing subcontractors, handling traffic control, conducting minor earthworks, working around machinery, and general labouring.

**Requirements/Skills**:

- Proficiency in managing subcontractors, particularly in tree clearing and related tasks.
- Ability to manage traffic control subcontractors.
- Experience with minor earthworks.
- Comfortable working around heavy machinery.
- Capable of performing general labour duties.
