Leading Hand – Civil Subdivisions

Location: North Gold Coast & South Brisbane

Are you an experienced Leading Hand with a strong background in civil subdivision projects? We're looking for a skilled operator who can jump on the digger or roller when needed and lead a small, capable crew to deliver high-quality work on time and on budget.

About the Role:

Join a well-established civil contractor specialising in subdivision projects across the North Gold Coast and South Brisbane regions. With a full pipeline of work and a supportive team culture, this is your opportunity to step into a hands-on leadership role where your experience and initiative will be highly valued.

What You'll Need:

  • 3+ years' experience as a Leading Hand in civil construction
  • Proven ability operating excavators and rollers
  • Strong knowledge of subdivision work, including drainage, roadworks, and services
  • Ability to manage and motivate a small crew to deliver efficient, high-quality outcomes
  • White Card & relevant plant tickets
  • Driver's licence (MR/HR desirable)
