Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Leading Hand at Groupline Constructions, located in East Brisbane, QLD. The Leading Hand will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction tasks, supervising crew members, ensuring safety standards, coordinating with the Site Manager and Project Managers, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. The Leading Hand will also be responsible for troubleshooting on-site issues and maintaining high-quality workmanship.

Qualifications
  • Experience in overseeing construction tasks and supervising crew members
  • Knowledge of safety standards and practices
  • Strong coordination and communication skills with the ability to liaise with site manager & project manager
  • Ability to troubleshoot on-site issues and ensure project timelines and budgets are maintained
  • Technical knowledge in construction and ability to maintain high-quality workmanship
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in construction management or related field
