Supply Chain Strategy Development
Operational Planning and Commercial Management
Leveraging Quantitative Analysis for Profit Improvement and Supply Chain Optimisation
Supporting and Sustaining Organisational Change

Collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams and with client stakeholders, conducting detailed analysis, formulating insights, and contributing to high-impact outcomes, assisting clients in refining strategies and enhancing operations, developing and delivering top-quality project deliverables such as frameworks and reports.
