Strategic Transformation Leader

The role of Strategic Transformation Leader will be pivotal in driving business change initiatives using customer-centred continuous improvement standard work practices. This position requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, leadership skills, and operational expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver the organisational transformation roadmap, aligning with the company's overall strategy.
  • Establish and lead a high-performing team, focusing on the implementation of stakeholder management and agile methodologies.
  • Implement a culture of design thinking, promoting empathy towards customers throughout the entire transformation cycle.
  • Provide training and coaching to the team on best practice change methodologies, documentation design, and change management skills.
Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

- Proven track record in implementing continuous improvement initiatives, preferably in an operations or consulting context.

- Strong knowledge of LEAN and Six Sigma methodologies.

- Formal qualifications in LEAN or Six Sigma desirable.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage at all levels.

- Demonstrated strategic capability and ability to lead complex projects.
