  • Develop and implement effective strategies to mobilise communities and drive campaigns towards creating a fairer, more compassionate society.
  • Build and grow networks of supporters and allies to amplify the impact of our work.
  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to identify and address key issues affecting marginalised communities.
  • Utilise social media, events, and storytelling to build momentum and engage wider audiences.
  • Train and support others to take action and become agents of change.
  • Ensure that First Nations voices and priorities are always front and centre in our work.
What You Will Need">
  • Experience working with diverse communities and a strong understanding of social justice principles.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to yawn, write engaging content, and share compelling stories.
  • A deep commitment to creating change through community organising, advocacy, and campaigning.
  • The confidence to engage with a wide range of people, from community members to politicians.
  • A willingness to learn, grow, and work collaboratively as part of a team.
