Program Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a Program Delivery Specialist to join our team. As a key player in our Accelerator business, you will be responsible for delivering strategic priorities and working with senior stakeholders to solve customer and team problems.

  • You will partner with the leadership team to create key strategic programs and detailed plans.
  • You will deliver end-to-end programs from design to delivery, focusing on achieving strategic priorities.
  • You will understand the risk environment, identify risks and dependencies, and evaluate effective mitigation plans.
  • You will provide program updates to senior leaders and broader stakeholders through verbal and written communication.
  • You will build, influence, and shape change capabilities across the ecosystem of accelerator businesses.
  • You will act as a change agent for our organization, supporting wider initiatives and involving brands effectively.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Consulting/strategy experience highly desirable
  • Experience working with external partners
  • Managing change in a disrupted environment
  • Technology and digital experience
  • Experience in retail, digital, or adjacent industries
  • Exposure as a project manager in a large organisation
  • Delivery of growth initiatives
