**Your new company**

Based in Melbourne's CBD, this government organisation is seeking a Recruitment Manager/ Senior Recruitment Consultant on a permanent basis to lead and manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including BAU recruitment, workforce planning and other recruitment strategies for future needs.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Proven track record managing recruitment activities, including (however not limited to) proactive sourcing, shortlisting, sitting on interview panels, references checks, offering and onboarding
- Strong experience leading workforce planning and other recruitment strategies, including talent forecasting, assessing workforce gaps and talent pipelining
- Demonstrated recruitment experience within the Victorian Public Service (VPS) is preferred
- Previous experience using Springboard and/ or TechOne is an advantage
