Due to this business growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic and driven ICT Recruitment Manager to head up a team based across Sydney, Melbourne and Queensland. In this role you will be responsible for managing a team of Recruitment Consultants who recruit permanent roles within the ICT sector.
**The Role**
You will be responsible for the performance of all individuals within your team, including coaching, motivating, and developing your team to achieve team revenues and their individual targets. As part of our growth strategy, you will also work with our Talent Acquisition partner to grow the team on the East Coast.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior ICT Recruiter/Manager who is looking to build and grow a team whilst keeping their hand in the day-to-day recruitment activities by managing and growing their own desk.
This role can be performed from Melbourne or Sydney.
**What you will be doing**:
- Conducting regular1-1's with team members to discuss performance, training needs and general queries
- Facilitating weekly team meetings: running through team jobs and business updates
- Completing weekly and monthly reports for the General Manager
- Assisting with the onboarding and training of new team members and providing ongoing development to existing team
- Conducting 6 monthly performance reviews with consultants
- Attending debtors' meetings and escalating any ongoing invoicing issues
- Acting as the main point of escalation for both consultants and any Client issues
- Attending client's meetings with consultants and conducting quarterly reviews
- Participate in adhoc business improvement projects
- Organising team incentives/ work events
- Participating in contract negotiations (i.e., pricing, bid meetings)
- Managing the team P&L and analysing trends and opportunities for growth
- Recruiting and managing own desk will also be required at least initially in this role
**About you**:
- You will ideally have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a Senior role within an ICT Recruitment Environment
- You will have a real interest and passion for leading and developing a team, ideally with some experience managing a team
- You will enjoy cultivating a great culture where you empower and encourage others
- You will exhibit versatility and be able to deal with conflicting priorities throughout the day
- You will show real resilience and a persistent drive to succeed
