Job Description

As a Recruitment Manager at Page Group, your responsibilities include:

  • Leading a diverse team of recruitment consultants and fostering a high-performance culture
  • Hiring, training, and developing team members for successful careers
  • Building relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs
  • Utilising various sourcing strategies to find quality candidates and generate new business
  • Managing the candidate interview process from screening to offer negotiation
  • Maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with clients and candidates to maximize performance
The Successful Applicant

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Experience leading recruitment or sales teams
  • Exceptional communication and decision-making skills
  • Familiarity with job boards and CRMs
  • A drive to succeed and celebrate team successes
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Resilience in handling adversity and rejection
