Job Title: Talent Acquisition Advisor
Job Description:
We are seeking a professional to take ownership of recruitment for legal support positions, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting job advertisements and posting on job boards.
- Managing the recruitment process for legal support and internal firm services roles.
- Liaising with partners and managers to coordinate recruitment needs.
- Assisting in the candidate screening process including phone screens and in-person interviews.
- Conducting background and reference checks.
- Drafting employment contracts.
- On-boarding new employees.
- Driving the employee referral campaign via regular recruitment updates.
- Providing HR support as required.
Requirements: 1–2 years' experience in either an agency or internal recruitment setting, tertiary qualification in Business or Commerce, strong communication skills, client-focused mindset, polished professional presence, ability to stay organised, take initiative, and juggle competing priorities with a proactive attitude.
