Clemenger Group is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team.

This role presents an excellent opportunity for a driven and experienced recruitment professional to become part of a high-achieving team that thrives in a fast-paced environment.

As a key member of the talent acquisition team, you will be responsible for recruiting across various roles, including account management, strategy, content, creative, design, production, and studio positions.

You will be a strong communicator, a team player, and a self-starter who can prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with stakeholders and hiring managers to provide timely pipelining, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates who meet the requirements and competencies of roles.
  • Full life cycle recruiting – market analysis, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiations.
  • Identify, develop, recommend, and maintain a network of contacts and resources to generate qualified, diverse candidates effectively.
  • Maintain accurate and concise records regarding the recruitment and selection process.
  • Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in an end-to-end, in-house recruitment role or recruitment agency.
  • Ability to build strong relationships, consult, influence, and manage various stakeholders.
  • Solid knowledge of the market in terms of candidates and employers.
  • Consultative qualities and interpersonal skills to communicate across all levels of the organization externally.
  • A self-starter who can operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and navigate ambiguity independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize competing demands.
  • Strong problem-solving, data analytics, and reporting skills.
  • Energetic, ambitious, and results-oriented.
