The Corporate Partnerships Co-ordinator within our Marketing and Fundraising team will provide administrative support to the Corporate Partnerships Team. This role is integral in delivering one of the country's fastest growing CEO fundraising events, while also supporting other exciting initiatives led by a passionate Corporate Engagement team. You will work with a dynamic team focussed on growth and customer best-in-class experience.

**As our Corporate Partnerships Co-ordinator in our Fundraising and Marketing team your purpose will be to**:

- Support registrations processing and reporting for signature CEO Dare to Cure Campaign
- Assist with prize sourcing and co-ordination for major fundraising events including Diamond Ball
- Provide administrative support where needed for any corporate partner engagement and assist to co-ordinate any VIP Lab Tours as they arise.
- Management and enrichment of Corporate Partnership data on Salesforce to ensure accuracy of reporting
- Support the Corporate Partnerships Team in rolling out partner engagement plans and providing tele-marketing support for campaigns.
- Provide general business administrative support to the Corporate Partnerships Team including invoicing, organising meetings and Salesforce data hygiene and pipeline management

**To succeed you will**
- Have previous experience in an office environment
- Be highly organised and efficient and have strong communication skills
- Be detail orientated and accurate in your work
- Have excellent computer literacy, with experience using Salesforce and/or other CRM platforms
- Be highly organised, self-motivated, professional and able to manage under tight deadlines.
- Be a collaborative team player with a strong commitment to achieving the most positive outcomes for the whole Marketing & Fundraising team.
