Job Summary:

This is a full-time, flexible role with hybrid working arrangements (2 days from office). The successful candidate will have the opportunity to join a highly recognised Australian brand in a positive and collaborative working culture.

The organisation supports those experiencing poverty and inequality through the provision of services to people in need in our community.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative workplace giving programs
  • Presentation to new prospects, developing funding sources and strong relationships
  • Support corporate volunteering program for existing partners
  • Collaboration with Corporate Partnerships Manager and Corporate Partnerships Coordinator
  • Manage communications and develop annual campaign calendar
  • Work with Corporate Partnerships Manager and Senior Corporate Partnerships Coordinator to identify donor journey
  • Regular progress reports and forecasts, using data to inform future planning
  • Market research and trends identification in Workplace Giving in Australia for improvement

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications with previous experience in corporate partnerships and community relations
  • Demonstrated business acumen, analytical skills, and confident communication
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills with collaboration abilities
  • Positive attitude, exceptional interpersonal skills, strong work ethic, and professional manner
  • Time and project administration capabilities
  • Experience working in membership-based organisations to support members and volunteers
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Interest in community service
