Looking for your next step in hospitality leadership? We're seeking experienced Duty Managers to join vibrant venues across sunny Queensland. These are hands-on roles where you'll lead daily operations, deliver great guest experiences, and support the growth of well-regarded community hubs.
What you'll be doing:Oversee day-to-day operations across bar, bistro, gaming, and accommodationLead, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver high-quality serviceEnsure compliance with liquor, gaming, and WHS regulationsManage rosters, stock control, and supplier relationshipsSupport promotions, events, and community engagement initiativesBe the go-to person for guests, ensuring every visit is memorable
What we're looking for:Previous leadership experience in hospitality venuesStrong customer service and team management skillsRSA & RSG essential; RMLV and Approved Manager license highly regardedA hands-on, approachable leader with commercial awareness
