These are hands-on roles where you'll lead daily operations, deliver great guest experiences, and support the growth of well-regarded community hubs.
What you'll be doing: Oversee day-to-day operations across bar, bistro, gaming, and accommodation Lead, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver high-quality service Ensure compliance with liquor, gaming, and WHS regulations Manage rosters, stock control, and supplier relationships Support promotions, events, and community engagement initiatives Be the go-to person for guests, ensuring every visit is memorable What we're looking for: Previous leadership experience in hospitality venues Strong customer service and team management skills RSA & RSG essential; RMLV and Approved Manager license highly regarded A hands-on, approachable leader with commercial awareness Why you'll love it: Accommodation support provided to make your move easy Genuine opportunities for career progression within a leading hospitality group Live and work in unique Queensland destinations with a supportive team culture If this location isn't for you, we also have this role and Assistant Manager roles available in other parts of Queensland.
