Regional Hospitality Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Duty Manager to lead daily operations, deliver great guest experiences, and support the growth of vibrant community hubs in sunny Queensland.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations across bar, bistro, gaming, and accommodation
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver high-quality service
  • Ensure compliance with liquor, gaming, and workplace health and safety regulations
  • Manage rosters, stock control, and supplier relationships
  • Support promotions, events, and community engagement initiatives
Requirements:
  • Previous leadership experience in hospitality venues
  • Strong customer service and team management skills
  • RSA & RSG essential; RMLV and Approved Manager licence highly regarded
  • A hands-on, approachable leader with commercial awareness
