Join Our Team Are you a dynamic and experienced hospitality professional looking to take the next step in your career? We have an exciting opportunity for a Reservations Duty Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences across both The Ville Resort-Casino and Ardo.
The Role The Reservations Duty Manager role includes working in consultation with the Revenue Manager to manage performance of the Reservations team, diverting team members onto different tasks to manage the flow of telephone calls, emails and daily tasks to ensure maximum efficiency and minimum wait time for guests.
The role also includes training of new employees and upskilling existing team members.
Additional responsibilities comprise of assisting with guest complaints and enquiries, ensuring excellent customer service is provided.
As well as maximising revenue through effective yield management, rate, inventory and channel manager upkeep.
About You Tertiary qualifications in a Business-Related discipline preferred.
Previous management experience in reservations and/or group reservations role is essential.
Experience with a property management system, in particular Opera Cloud is highly desirable.
Proven experience in managing and developing a team.
Extremely high attention to detail.
Time management skills with the ability to multitask.
