**About the client**:
Join the peak industry body representing professional standards body for Medical professionals. The organisation has close to 5,000 member organisations, representing members across Australia, Asia and the Middle East.

**About the role**:
This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a collaborative & supportive membership team. You will be responsible for implementing the

membership targets.

**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Maintain and update member records and member renewals
- Capture member feedback, including issues and complaints
- Maintain the membership database, general administration and adhoc duties
- Collate data and produce reports, and undertake administrative tasks in relation to external stakeholder requirements

**To be successful you will have**:

- Experience in a similar role, ability to build and maintain relationships with new and existing members.
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Ability to analyse data and produce reports
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive with an ability to prioritise work schedules with mínimal supervision.
- Capacity to work under pressure and achieve deadlines with a sense of urgency
- Previous experience in a Membership, Association or NFP organisation is preferable
