About the Opportunity

This is an exciting chance to join a collaborative team as a Membership Services Officer, implementing membership targets and building strong relationships with members.

Duties Include:
  • Maintain and update member records and renewals.
  • Capture member feedback, including issues and complaints.
  • Maintain the membership database and general administration.
  • Collate data and produce reports, and undertake ad-hoc duties for external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role with ability to build relationships with new and existing members.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and produce reports.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive with prioritization and minimal supervision.
  • Capacity to work under pressure and achieve deadlines.

A previous background in membership, association, or NFP organizations is preferred but not essential.
