Membership Officer Job

This is a great opportunity to provide excellent customer service to our clients in the mortgage and finance industry.

About the Role
  • We are looking for a professional with experience in membership or customer engagement roles who can manage membership renewals, retention and events effectively.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to assist members with education program enquiries and enrolments, maintain and update member records and renewals in the CRM database system.
Requirements:
  • You must have previous experience in a similar role.
  • You should have advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.
  • You should also have demonstrated experience using CRM systems.
  • Able to promote diverse products and services.
