Job Opportunity:

This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring seamless, high-quality experiences for stakeholders throughout their membership cycle.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing backend administration, maintaining accurate records, and responding to stakeholder queries with speed and professionalism.

  • Maintain accurate contact and company details in CRM systems and internal databases
  • Coordinate proposals, onboarding packs, and renewal documentation for stakeholders
  • Prepare membership invoices, track renewals, and provide regular membership reports to management
  • Liaise with external partners to coordinate event arrangements and ensure timely delivery of materials
  • Track stakeholder entitlements, attendance at events, and ensure follow-up servicing is completed
  • Support the Events team in delivering high-profile events
Key Responsibilities:

The Stakeholder Engagement Coordinator will:

  • Provide exceptional service to stakeholders through timely and accurate responses to their queries
  • Manage the backend administration of membership, including updating contact information and tracking renewals
  • Coordinate proposals, onboarding packs, and renewal documentation for stakeholders
  • Liaise with external partners to coordinate event arrangements and ensure timely delivery of materials
  • Support the Events team in delivering high-profile events
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in high-level administration, database management, and customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Experience using CRM systems (preferably) and MS Office
  • Ability to prioritise, work under pressure, and maintain discretion in sensitive environments
