Job Description:
Community Resources is seeking a capable and values-driven leader to drive its next phase of growth and impact.
As the public face of the organisation, you will represent it with customers, partners, and the broader community—communicating a clear vision that attracts support and funding.
You will work closely with the senior management team to grow profitability, build a strong safety culture, strengthen connections between different areas of the organisation, and improve financial discipline through budgeting, cashflow management, and transparent reporting.
This role requires strong commercial acumen to prepare for future growth and scale, including reviewing contracts, improving procurement and supplier management, and driving business development.
The ideal candidate will have a deep commitment to community and social impact, as well as experience in leading organisations towards Aboriginal-led status and creating culturally safe workplaces.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Leadership experience in a national not-for-profit or social enterprise
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive business growth
