Senior Commercial Director Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Commercial Director to drive national sales growth in a rapidly expanding food importer.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior executive role within a dynamic, privately owned business expanding across mainstream retail, Asian grocery, food service, and cash & carry channels.

  • National Sales Growth: Lead the commercial strategy to achieve significant sales growth across all customer segments: grocery retail, Asian independents, food service, and emerging cash & carry channels.
  • Commercial Strategy: Own the full commercial strategy across retail, food service, and wholesale, shaping the next phase of national expansion across wholesale, food service, and speciality channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy to drive revenue growth and margin expansion.
  • Lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional sales results and achieve commercial objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of commercial plans.
