Our restaurant is generally open Wednesday to Sunday with additional days for special occasions.Key Accountabilities include (but are not limited to):· Section Management· Adherence to food safety guidelines· Food production and preparation· General kitchen cleaning· Dish washing duties· Chemical handling and use for cleaning· Waste management· Ensuring menus, food standards and all procedures and processes are followed· Ensuring expectations of service are consistently metEssential capabilities:· Full Australian working rights· Ability to prioritise and work well under pressure· Impeccable personal hygiene and presentation· Availability and flexibility required to work weekdays/weekends/public holidays.
