You ideally have extensive Wok and Grill experience.
Ensure the overall operation of your allocated section runs smoothly and effectively.
Train and coach Cooks ensuring quality and consistency of products.The Ideal Candidate Must Have:Demonstrated experience as a Chef de Partie in an a la carte environmentWok and Grill experience advantageousAsian cuisine knowledge is highly regardedExperience in high volume, fast-paced restaurant environmentResilient and able to perform in high-pressure service periodsStrong work ethic and a "can do" attitudeAbility to work autonomously as well as within a teamExcellent communication skillsUnderstanding of food safety standardsWilling and able to work rotating roster that includes weekend and public holiday.Working with Lucas Restaurants:We exist to see our team succeed.
