**Stock Controller **to join a vibrant, collaborative team

As an integral & crucial position within the dealership, you will be responsible for executing all tasks to efficiently maintain and administer vehicle stock, carry out essential administration duties as well as help co-ordinate the smooth delivery of all new vehicles in a timely manner whilst meeting & exceeding Guest expectations.

**Role**
- Sourcing vehicles from dealers where required in a prompt manner.
- Manage and update internal systems to coordinate Deliveries
- Assist in coordinating activities to ensure vehicles are delivered in a timely manner.
- Enter new vehicles into the Dealer Management System
- Ensure a high standard of Guest care and contact relations in the process of coordinating delivery of new vehicles.
- Accurately complete daily delivery report and post.

**You**
- Excellent communication & relationship building skills and strong computer literacy
- Proven experience and knowledge in office administration.
- Ability to liaise and effectively communicate at all levels including Department Managers.
- Demonstrate a consistently pro-active approach and pleasant demeanour.
- Exhibit strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Conscientious and diligent, taking full ownership for tasks & duties.
- A positive can-do attitude & work ethic.
- Flexible & adaptable with proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- **Previous New and Used Vehicle Stock Controller Experience in a Dealership Environment is Essential**
