What you'll be doing
  • Coordinating and managing vehicle stock control across the dealership
  • Managing and updating internal systems so all stock data is current and accurate
  • Overseeing all new/used vehicle licensing, registration, transfers and disposals
  • Handling advertising and stock listings across our website, Carsales and digital platforms
  • Assisting the sales team with timely settlements and administration support
  • Claiming manufacturer incentives and bonuses
  • Monitoring errors, discrepancies and resolving them quickly
  • Facilitating the inventory purchase process with accuracy and timeliness
What we're looking for
  • Previous stock control or dealership administration experience (highly regarded)
  • Excellent organisation, attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Intermediate to high computer skills (Auto IT DMS experience is an advantage)
  • Strong administration and communication skills
  • A reliable, process-driven and confident team player
  • Accreditation with the Department of Transport / registration experience is a bonus (training can be provided)

Location: Lilydale, VIC

Full-time – Monday to Friday (great work/life balance)
