**_We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Automotive Stock Controller / Costing Clerk to join our Essendon Mitsubishi & Nissan team in Essendon Fields._**
- You will be assisting the Sales Manager and Financial Controller with the dealerships day to day monitoring and controlling of new passenger and light commercial vehicles in a professional, efficient manner. You will be responsible for all costing of all new and used car deals for multiple franchises._

**About the role**:

- Bringing vehicles into stock, allocating vehicle stock
- Raise orders for preparation of new and used car orders
- Work with manufacturer systems and sales managers to obtain, manage and deliver stock
- Purchasing, raising ROs
- Vehicle costing - new and used vehicle deals
- Vehicle registrations

**_Do you have?_**
- Dealership experience is not necessary, but a can do attitude is vital
- Intermediate computer skills (ERA experience desirable)
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your workload
- Time management ability
- Pleasant telephone manner and strong communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Friendly and professional manner
