We are looking for a dedicated
**Assistant**
**Stock Controller** to join our team at
**Preston and South Morang Toyota**.
***You will be assisting the Stock Control team with the dealerships day to day-to-day monitoring and controlling of new passenger and light commercial vehicles in a professional, efficient manner that at all times promotes a positive brand image.

**Duties include**:

- Registering and transferring vehicles via Vic Roads online and manually
- Receipting cars into stock
- Raising Job Cards for preparation of vehicle deliveries
- Completing and auditing paperwork for compliance
- Vehicle ordering
- Assisting the stock controller with the build of new vehicles
- Relief Reception
- Other Administrative tasks as required

**The successful applicant will possess**:

- Can-do positive attitude and an eagerness to learn
- Ability to work autonomously and with a team
- Intermediate computer skills **(Tune Experience desirable)**:

- Superior attention to detail
- Excellent time management
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Proven ability to build rapport and foster successful relationships
